A purpose built asphalt RC race track steeped in history
Demon Raceway
The track was renamed Demon Raceway in 2020 after the sad passing of a long standing member of the club and loved member of the RC community, Nick Adams.
Nick ran a business called Demon Power Products, which made and sold RC equipment for many years, and so the track was renamed ‘Demon Raceway’ in his honour.
The club still holds national and regional events for on road 1:10 scale electric RC racing, with smaller club meetings taking place regularly through spring to autumn and even some meetings throughout winter. The club is run in a professional and responsible manner with a friendly and steadily growing community of like minded people of all ages.
Club race meetings are on most Sundays now. But check with the race calendar, to be sure before travelling.
We have a number of top sponsored drivers as members but strive to create an atmosphere where the novice driver feels comfortable also. This is partly helped by the fact that members can use the track for practice 7 days a week and can also start off in the slower heats. We do encourage new drivers to enter a race meeting as soon as possible, as this is the best way of improving driving skills and to learn racing lines.
Want to learn more about how to drive the track, check out out track guide.
