AMCC NEW WEBSITE LAUNCH

Welcome to out new website! 2021 is going to be the best year yet in recent times for the Aldershot Model Car Club. After a difficult transitional period and battling through a global pandemic along with the rest of the globe, its time for a new era for AMCC. With life hopefully returning to some normalcy after this horrific year, we will be looking to provide our members with a new race season to look forward to with a a 10 round Summer Championship to kick things off.

Here on this new site people will be able to sign up for membership, enter races online and book test sessions and a new feature - being able to hire a race car.

Also we hope to provide some useful information for members: championship standings, race results and news. And to new or prospective members we have included some useful information the help get them started.

Online entries, memberships are now using integrated payment systems to make the experience of booking with the club a pleasurable experience and decrease workload on the club committee, with the following options available:

• Apple pay

• Google pay

• Credit or Debit Card

• Paypal

• BACS or cash

The preferred method for the club is the first 3 from above as these are processed at a cheaper rate than PayPal and are more automated and so easier to administer than BACS or cash.

Payments will generate an automated email ticket with all the relevant details and a barcode that club officials can scan to easily identify entrants details. Additionally, this data can be easily exported to allow Race Control to set up meetings more efficiently and stress free, so we can all concentrate on what we like best - racing!
